Kollel Choshen Mishpat of Passaic-Clifton was founded in חשון תשעט- by Rabbi Yitzchok Sperka and Rabbi Gershon West. The goal of the Kollel is to create an environment of high-level learning that nurtures the yungerleit to develop into accomplished talmidei chachamim with a proficiency and expertise in Choshen Mishpat.

The Kollel is fortunate to be under the direction and active guidance of Harav Yissocher Dov Kahan shlita, the founder and Ravad of Bais Din Maysharim in Lakewood. The Kollel in its new building serves as a center of torah, halacha and horaah for the entire community and its environs.
